Isn't Foster's Australian for beer?

I might not be a beer connisseur but 'm pretty sure the beverage being consumed by homeboy right here was beer. I'm not tryin to point out that what he's doin is wrong because I too am guilty of enjoying an alcoholic beverage while riding the NYC MTA! Only when I've done it, it's been nicely disguised in a soda or juice bottle.

So my real question is why isn't he brown bagging it?

ps~ this bloggin straight from my blackberry absolutely rock my toe socks... only im not wearin socks right now because it's hella hot... ok it just rocks =)
