Idiot drivers

Let this car have been double parked in the bronx it would've been ticketed in like 2 mins. My homegirl was stuck bc of this asshole literally for like 20mins. I even called 311 bc 911 would not have been appropriate. Stupid was in a restaurant eating. The cops never showed bc it wasn't an emergency just an inconvience. Fuck a cops I wish I couldve done some thing like a citizens arrest but for traffic violations! Damn the man.
