$35 mascara

Here's the description off of Sephora.com
Le 2 de Guerlain Mascara
What it is:A duo-ended two brush mascara, so no lash is forgotten.
What it is formulated to do:Breathtaking brush N.1 boosts volume, length, and curl in the blink of an eye and Mini brush N.2 goes to the limits, taking in every lash. Guerlain's innovation are two brushes with amazing characteristics so no lash is forgotten. The first brush transforms eyelashes with a single stroke while it lengthens, curves and separates. The second, miniature brush is designed for the inner and outer corners and tilted 7° to reach and grab the smaller eyelashes and make them up easily without smudges or mistakes.
What else you need to know:The overall effect is perfect, precise, and voluptuous while also being supple and sculpted. The eye looks bigger and wider; the gaze brilliant.

these are my puny lashes

here's the mascara

THESE ARE MY RESULTS:

overall i thought it would be better. the best thing about this mascara is the little 2nd brush. i tried it a few days. ehhh i wouldnt dish out the $35 because im not hella rich and i can get better stuff for WAYeeeee less.

Fiberwig pt2.

here's the description right off the back of the box:

Unbelievably LONG lashes… you’d think it’s false, but it’s REAL! Beyond mascara! Fiberwig contains double the fiber for dramatic length! Plenty of fibers adhere and seal unto your lashes. The more you apply, the longer your lashes become!
No more Panda-Eyes! Bye-bye smudging! Fiberwig seals unto your individual lash separating and defining with zero clumping. Its film-coated formual neither smudges nor smears causing no more raccoon-eyes!
Surprising Warm-Water-Removal that you’ve never experienced! Don’t worry it is not your lashes that come off, it’s Fiberwig’s fiber-lashes! Although resistant to sweat and tears, Fiberwig slides off easily with only warm water!
Enjoy more, Paint-On False Lashes! The more you apply the longer your lashes get. Stroke from root to tip. Add the fibers on the tip of your lashes repeatedly until lashes reach your desired length. It's as if your original lashes have lengthened.

okm i've said it before and ima say it again my lashes are super puny and short. this mascara might not make them thick but it sure has hell gives them definition and length. and sooo doesnt run, sweat, tears and really no smudgin of any sort. i find it easiest to remove this mascara in the shower. the fibers freaked me out a bit cuz they are sooooo noticeable when you look at the wand. im goin to have to start experimenting with this. need to find a mascara that will make the lashes look a bit thicker. ooo and i tried to curl before i applied fiberwig not a good idea. i curl like 15 mins after i put on the mascara. works for me. this stuff totally works what it says length with fibers no smudge. my puny lashes totally get noticed.

Diorshow Mascara

=

soooooooo worth the money. $23 later i love you Diorshow Mascara

here's what sephora said about the product:
Diorshow Waterproof Mascara
The ultra-glamorous catwalk eye makeup that lengthens, thickens, and curves lashes to the nth degree - now in a waterproof version that holds its own when you swim, splash, or even shed a few tears.

ok so i bought this particular mascara in waterproof because i'm always randomly crying and i took it with me to ecuador where it's hot and sweaty. I'm tellin you my lashes are puny as hell and with this mascara makes them awesome even sans primer. i don't even need primer. omg all i need to do is curl and apply!!

you prolly think i love all mascara but i don't there are some that i've tried and they just weren't for me. i'll tell you about that some other time. let's stay positive and only talk about the most awesome mascaras!!!

M.A.C. Zoomlash Mascara

+

=

The M.A.C. Prep + Prime Lash goes for $13.50 and the Zoomlash in Zoomblack is $11. I've only gotten these two about a month ago. I really love M.A.C. it's kind of sick.

here are the descripts from M.A.C.

Zoom Lash Mascara:
This instant volume mascara power-lifts the lashes into length, curls them up...builds them faster than you can wink! Precision control wand glides smoothly down lashes to provide a gorgeously silky upward “sweep”. Smudgeproof and long-wearing!

Prep+Prime Lash:
For use under mascara: a white coat that dries to a semi-clear base. Smoothes and conditions the lashes. Intensifies the build and lengthening quality of all formulas. Helps mascara last longer.

I've used the primer with other mascaras such as my Too Faced Lash Injection and CoverGirl LashExact mascaras and it does definitely help the mascara longer. I've been a firm believer in priming before eyeshadowing and mascara-ing!!!

I have puny lashes and with this M.A.C. combo my lashes look absolutely fabulous!! Totally noticeable which makes me super happy =)

YOU MUST REMOVE MAKEUP

i don't wear too much make up because i really don't kno how to properly apply it all but i've learned my lesson the tough way. i'm really into mascaras and lately eyeliner, most times eyeshadow ALWAYS lipgloss.

saturday after i got in i was soooooo tired i needed a nap. i passed out on my bed without removing my eyeliner and mascara now i have a stupid lil stye in my eye. i took notice of it when i was puttin on mascara today. i don't think it's a good idea i wear mascara wit a lil stye but too late now it's on and i dont have remover with me. it'll have to wait until i get home.

i think i was a combination of the mascara and face in pillow that must've done me in. i was using the L'Oreal telescopic macara which is super heavy but looks nice. i'm wearing a mascara today that isn't too heavy/thick like the telescopic.. it's physicians formula retro glow ultra dramatic mascara. i hardly ever use this one because it's soo light but it's the one i grabbed today. i'll prolly throw it out because i styed it... and the telescopic one too but that was about to get the trash bin. ugh.

i try a lot of different make up removers especially those that are made especially for eye make up because that's the most make up i wear. i ordered some stuff from E.L.F. a few months ago and i got a pack of the eye make up remover pads. not my favorite whatever formula it is that they use is super strong, sometimes my eyes would get all red and stingy. the dove wipes are really good. i picked up a mini pack at the travel section of bed bath and beyond that were pretty decent but i think by far my favorites are the dove wipes. i wanna try these boots make up wipes i've read about in a few blogs i have to see where i find a pack. i also sometimes use revlon eye make up remover. it's a bottle and you put it on a cotton pad or whatever and it's ok except i feel as though it's too oily. i've also tried baby oil because i heard that does the trick to, and it does i just have that oily feeling ugh. baby wipes i've used when it's just like bronzer and blush that's ok i smelly like a baby's tush hahahaa.

so yea people if you wear make up... especially if it's heavy/thick make up remove it before you go to bed or nap! wipes are uber convienent so yea.

now to tackle this stye it's really little but i can see it. also time to throw out the last eye liner and mascaras i used!

ps~ my moms said i have horrible acne so i'm using proactiv. i really don't have acne but you kno how mothers are. i had like 3 pimples randomly on my face and now i'm goin to become a proactiv poster child. i'll keep you updated on that too.
